Do you post overseas:

Yes we do, the postage fee is calculated on the checkout page, we only charge what it costs us to post. Import taxes are covered by the buyer on receipt of goods (if applicable)

Do you post to BFPO numbers:

Yes, as the postage costs are the same as UK mainland. If your BFPO number falls under the Forces Free Postal Scheme we will refund the postage cost. Please note that not all BFPO numbers qualify for free postage.

How can I pay for your Coffee and Merchandise:

We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal and Apple Pay via the websites checkout page. You can now pay with ClearPay, allowing you to make three equal payments.

Postage Times:

We post your orders on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. So if you place an order on Friday, Saturday or Sunday unfortunately it will not be posted until Monday Morning. 

We always put a return label on your parcel to aid the return should your parcel get lost. Please note that we 'Do Not' put return labels on parcels to Northern Ireland or The Republic of Ireland for your safety and privacy.

Do you offer discounts:

Yes, sign up to our newsletter and occasionally we send out discount codes. 

Is Tactical Coffee Run by Veterans:

Yes, we served 12 years in the Royal Anglian Regt "Vikings".

Do you sell tea:

Yes we do, we now sell fine teas from our sister company 'Tea Rogues'

What do you do to support Veterans:

We help raise money for Veterans in Action by donating £1.00 from every sale of 1441to VIA.

We donate coffee to vulnerable veterans.

We donate coffee to veteran coffee mornings.

We have signed the Armed Forces Covenant showing our commitment to the Armed Forces and Veteran Community.

We have been given the Bronze Award for the Employer Recognition Scheme by the Armed Forces Covenant.

We have signed up to The Defence Forces Discount Scheme.
