Shipping policy

Shipping prices are displayed at the checkout page. All orders are posted at cost the next working day via Royal Mail unless items our out of stock, each parcel is shipped in plain packaging. We always attached a return address label to our packing to aid the return should your parcel get lost. Please note that we do not attach a return address label to parcels sent to Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland for your safety and privacy.

Royal Mail state that parcels should take 3-5 days to arrive, however Mail sometimes takes longer than expected. If you are experiencing delays please check with your local Royal Mail Delivery Office. If a parcel is to big for your letter box and no one is at home they may return it to the delivery office and attempt again at a later date without leaving a card.
